About BJ

HI, my name is BJ, a longtime resident of Northern AZ. Page needed a local home inspector and with my interest in real estate and land conservation, becoming a home inspector seemed like a good fit.

I enjoy helping people and being a home inspector allows me to do this. I pride myself on thoroughness, and organization, and I apply this to all home inspections. The way I see it, I’m inspecting this home as if my Mom were buying it.

I trained in Flagstaff, AZ and am licensed to do residential home and commercial inspections in Arizona and Utah.

I can’t wait to work with you and get you into the home of your dreams, or help you sell your house quickly and easily.

In my spare time, I love to camp, travel for adventure, and hang out with my my four dogs, Kai, Karma, Banjo and Buddy.
